    Right now I'm play testing a new mod I'm in the process of designing and like to hear some thoughts. This is gonna be just a really basic government mod, which maybe a few other goodies attached in.

    So far I've fixed the privateer thing and gave them an attack of 2.

    Added Socialism, Facism, and National Socialism (NAZI)

    And did away with the civ specific unit rule. I think a government unit only rule would work a lot better, but nooooooo. That'd something I'd like to see patched up.

    Now, I need to use my poli sci brain and start making more government types. The thing is, the editor doesn't really give you THAT much of a difference, or atleast the limited testing I've done. Any advice on how to really set up and edit the governments would be helpful. What have you been able to accomplish with your testing?

    I also can't wait till I really figure out how to do this, I can finally correct the Communist problem and set up the different brances. Marxist-Lenist vs Marxist, vs Trotskyist vs Libertarian Socialist ect ect ect.

    Also, is there any way to change the civ abilities to reflect the gov instead of the civ? That is something I really want to change. Different mindset for a different government, instead of it just being static even though you are changing governemts, which means you are changing your life style.

    So in other words, what I'd like to be able to do is change the whole game concept. Instead of goodies being civ based, I want them to be government based, as I think that is far more realistic. Plus it solves the f-15 America problem.
