The game says "DataIO operation System Error: BIC" when trying to load the modified save.
I have XP SP2 and CIV3 Complete v1.29f
For test I just opened a savegame file and saved it back without any changes, so there seems to be an error in the writing process? I think.
Hope You can correct this asap
