The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

Im trying to edit an civ3 scenario but has run into problem. I don't know how to change the tech-tree after editing the techs (or advances as you might call it). If anyone have ANY advice you are willing to share, then I would be very greatful.
