All units avaible
Hi.
I am new at Play the World and created a new civ like I did with vanilla Civ3. This one is scientific and religious (like Babs) and I am quite surprised to be able building such units like cosacks or elephants.
There are a lot of defenseless units with hero names too.
What's wrong with this all?
