OK, bit of a shot in the dark here, but... when you start a new game in Civ2, there are default window sizes for the map, status area, and main game window. On a 1280x1024, I find the default map size too small, so here is my preferred set of window sizes:
Now, when I save my game and load it, it does maintain these window sizes. But, when I start a new game, it reverts back to these default window sizes where I find the map too small:
Is there a way I can get Civ2 to start new games with my preferred window sizes as default?
