I'm having two issues with SP of this excellent scenario.
Firstly the UNSC does not work as well as it should. Whenever I am US or USSR, the other power, controlled by the AI, is free to attack and occupy Un-aligned cities. I am not able to do that.
Secondly, "wars by proxy" are not accessible through Dario's Fixer during SP. This leaves declaring wars on any of the three minor powers (CHI, IND, BRA) as the only military option. In that case I cannot sue for peace. Do I have other possibilities to wage successful and Cold War-style "small" wars?
Any help to go around these is appreciated.
