Random events in Midgard
It strikes me that it is a shame that you can win or lose this scenario based purely on random events. For example I have currently done all the reseach required to win and I am now just waiting on a chance event, discovering the bridge, to win. However the game has already passed the fifth stage og Volsgands release so I am also waiting on a random event that will mean that I lose.
After playing the game for so long it seems a real shame that it basically comes down to luck as to which will happen first. I don't think that adds anything to a strategy game. Winning and losing criterias should be clearly defined and happen at definate events, ie beeting everyone, launching a space ship, not on a random event.
