I made this scenario using a map and city locations from a net scenario which had no edited text or bitmap files. Thus I expanded the scenario into a fully graphically and mechanically edited scenario, with a full events.txt. I don't know the original designer's name, as the scenario wasn't "signed." If you recognize the base scenario this was based on, and you are or know the designer, I give my thanks for the map and original city locations (though some of those have been changed and many others added). Other than that, please let me know what you think of my treatment of the Vietnam War.
