I just recently got Civ4, and I'm really interested in the Play-By-Email feature. Curious about how it works, though, particularly in terms of diplomacy and trading. Does it take multiple turns to work out counter-proposals and compromises? Do people work out their dealings via separate emails outside of the game? How does it work?
