All victory conditions, noble level, require complete kills(settler in a boat ), City flipping allowed after capture, no city razing to force use of large invasion forces to hold captured cities

OK thanks Paddy, riderb has contacted me and said yes he would still like to play, he did say he would have sent on the turn by now but I certainly have not received a save as of yet.

I suggest we allow him till monday to play then if no show by then we can discuss what you have propsed
