BTS Fails to start

I was happily playing BTS for awhile and then college exam weeks hit me hard and I stopped playing for about a week. Then, now that I'm free from responsibilities in general, I decided to pick it up again. All of the sudden, I keep getting "Failed to load Shader Libraries" error whenever I launch BTS. I looked all over for a fix but everythign said just to install latest drivers, latest dx, etc; i did all of that and eventually tried the more desperate measure of uninstalling everything then reinstalling them. After awhile, BTS just won't install anymore, it would get to the point of "looking for previous installations" etc, then it just quits without even letting me know there was an error. Anyone out there have a clue as to why this is happening?
