Multiplayer problems

Hi, I have started a multiplayer game with 3 friends in the same computer and we have a problem: My two friends can deal normaly, but when one of them put a tecnology o something in the diplomatic square automatly the tecnology go of(I already have the tecnologys to trade and I can give he anithing).
Why its happen this to me??
