I have two questions that I have tried to test with no avail. First question:
1) I heard that you will get increased war weariness in your cities that share the same religion as your enemy's state religion. Is this true?
Is it the state religion that influences it?
Is the civ's founding of the religion that affects it and not whether it's their state Religion?
And, if your state religion is the same as your enemies, does the penalty still apply?
2) If you set your governor to "emphasize food" or "emphasize production" will that have any impact on what improvements your automated workers will build?
