Hello. I hope someone can help me with this problem.
I just purchased the DVD-Rom version (I am in Japan) and it installed the game from the DVD without any problem.
When I go to start the game (by either double clicking on the desktop icon or going through the start menu), the DVD drive spins and spins for about 60 seconds then finally comes up with the following message:
"Cannot Locate the CD-Rom
Please insert the correct CD-ROM and press OK"
At this point, my DVD drive is no longer being seen by my computer and I have to restart to get the drive recognized again.
Is there a fix for this problem? Am I the only person who has seen this? Any and all ideas will be appreciated!
