Help with picking Video Card

I want to upgrade my card for all the new games and was wondering if you all could help.
Is the GeForce 6800LE 8X AGP (300/1000MHZ) 256MB DDR3 + DVI + TV out Video Card. 325 Core Clock 256-bit GDDR-3 memory interface a good card?
I can get it for around 220 bucks. Is it worth it to spend 300 bucks and get the GeForce FX 5950 256MB Ultra?
any help would be great.
