Game Will Not Start... At all

Yo, I've installed and un installed and reinstalled Civ 4 about four times so far. Whenever I click the icon, or the play button on the auto-launch creen, absolutely nothing happens. I'm running on an HP with Windows MCE on a Radeon 9200 MCE... Anybody else have the same problems? I want my CIV! Help please!
