  • Rendering problem info

    I'm also an ATI user having the rendering problem. So far I have installed the directX off of the CD by manually clicking on the directX install. It said it was installing components and then said it was done. After that I uninstalled my ATI drivers and reinstalled the ones they had labeled as the newest on their website.

    A few things.. I noticed in my DirectX log that the new files installed today are listed as
    Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.dll: 9.05.0132.0000 English Final Retail 10/27/2005 13:52:33 473600 bytes
    while the other ones are listed as
    ddraw.dll: 5.03.2600.2180 English Final Retail 8/4/2004 02:56:42 266240 bytes

    I also do have the d3dx9_26.dll in my windows/system32 folder.
