I love Civilization 4, and I have an idea for a modification based on marxist theory (and) internationalism. The changes I want to make are not so many I think, but I don't know how to create a mod, and I cannot find where to begin. I am not interesting in modding generally, just civ4. Can anyone help me? By listening my idea and making it reality, or by helping me learn how to do it my self (maybe by providing me some programing machine [not something very difficult if possible] and some manuals). I've just learned some basic C++ programming at university.
