Is there any information on how to make a new tech tree from scratch? The otherwise ecellent manual for the World builder tells a lot about how you should design your tech tree, but nothing about how to implement it. I suppose it is possible to sort through all the xml files and make guesses, but I would rather have some clues about the actual structure.
