  • changing city razing after the fact

    Is there any way to toggle city razing off on an already created scenario? I've tried going into it as a custom scenario, but that route simply leads to a black map and "you have been defeated" with 10000 points immediately upon loading.

    the scenario works with the normal play scenario setup. I can edit the text file rules (changing time from normal to epic, for instance) but I can't seem to find the line for the city razing option.
