Grabbing civ maps as bmps/jpgs?

is there a utility or a way to output a CIV IV world map as one big picture file (or even multiple files)? They would make great "hand-outs" for terrain maps in games like DnD. I know I can just screenshot them myself and put it together but a tool would be much easier.
