Choose Holy City Mod v1.00(written by tywiggins)

This is a small mod. Now when you found a religion you get to choose which of your cities becomes the holy city for that religion. Actually, your holy city is founded automatically, then you get a popup asking what city should be the holy city. When you select a city, it becomes the holy city, and the religion is removed from the automatic holy city. This only works for human players. Computer players do not get to choose their holy cities.
I believe that the only problems are that the automatic holy city will get zoomed to when the religion is founded, the free missionaries will be created at the initial holy city, and the logs will have the religion getting founded twice.
