How hard would it be to make a mod that gives all the information you would get from being on a team with everyone in the world, while not /actually/ being on a team with them? i.e. each civ could be at war with each other or different enemies, racing towards the same wonder, etc.
Note that this is not as simple as merely showing enemy line of sight: It means being able to see the tech they are researching, how many turns they have left, be able to look inside their cities, etc, just like a team game.
On a somewhat related note, how about a mod that shows a descriptive message whenever two other civs make a trade of any kind?
The reason I ask is I think it might be interesting and a lot of fun to play like this on Emperor or Deity (whereas I would normaly play on Prince or Monarch).
