hi, im new hre first of all so mind my noobishness, but i want to know, beside so many posibles things with the new culture and so many other features in the game, what are the downsides?

what are the limitation in the game to mod?
can i create new entire units with images and all?
can i make new water things? Including units, cities, animals resources?
can i make new items, or resources, or tile improvements?
what about the space can i make space units?
what about making a space view?
