I have noticed a few missing techs/governments/buildings in freeciv 1.14. Particularly Fundamentalism, Environmentalism, and the Solar plant are not activated in the game. I looked in the rulesets and they are there, but are commented out. Any reason for this, or can I enable them without anything crashing?
They are not enabled because they were found unbalanced. The same goes for Crusader and Elephant. You can re-enable them if you want. They are enabled in the civ2 ruleset.
