Notice: A Planetary Councel a been called and a Gouverneur is to be elected. The candidates are Presidnet Net Warrior who now has 34 votes and CEO Morgan who presently has 24 votes. The Gaians have 17 votes, Chairman Yang has 8 votes, and Admiral Marco's UoP has 14 votes, all yet to be cast. That insane Santiago has so far abstained with her 22 votes, as has Miriam with her 21 votes.
