are you refering to the infamous game start freeze which occured due to switching from 16 bit to 32 bits or refering to the game black game startup freeze. in here you only have to restart the game
Has he tried any of the common solutions, like reinstalling, upgrading drivers, patch, etc? Does he have hardware that RoN doesn't like?
