I played around with replacing Barbarians with Dinos - It was a hoot! Talk about having a surprise when you uncover a "goodie hut" and find some rampaging dinosaurs!

That's not a hoot. That's hells scary! Imagine yourself razing a lot of those worthless cities of the arctic, just to discover a new dinosaur camp after some turns that those lands were left alone. What was that? Dinosaurs coming from hidden places in the ice? The Sasquatch, trying to make mind tricks?

Did you change the stats on the dinosaurs, to make them stronger? That might result in some humorous games.
The DinoBarbs scenario in PTW does that. The 4/4/2 Raptor barbs and the 8/8/2 Allosaur barbs kick. I modded it to not use a fixed map and to start in ancient era.
It would be good to mod it the way to be compatibile with 1.21f patch too.
The way it is, Bezerk Hwatch upgarde path is wrong, Spain has build never Wealth flag, etc... (all things fixed in recent patches)
P.S.
And it's painfull that you can't upgrade starting Spearmen to Num. Mercenary if playing Chartage.

I'm thinking about releasing MODed (fixed) version of this scenraio in files forums.
