Are there any WWII Scens?

Any World War Two scenarios out there? For Civ 3?

If not, are there any full unit packs like Harlan's old one for Civ 2, or the old conversion of Panzer General units?

If not to all, what are the problems with making one, just size or graphics editing difficulty? Are there leaderheads?

i think i remember seeing a scenario, either here or at CFC.

leaderheads don't matter at all. a lot of graphics already have been done. however, people's motivation to create such scenarios isn't as high, because you can neither set diplomacy not have triggers.
