Turn 62 (Phil) -> Kremen
We have noted a Aussie phalanx with retainers in the vicinity of one of our new cities. We have also accepted a peace treaty with the Aussies this turn.
We are notifying the stack of the agreement, in case the couriers got waylaid...but Maximus has proved to be trustworthy so far.
Don asked me to play their turns. I will do my best. Send turn to slamp@chez.com

Turn 63 -> Rowick (Kremen)
Where did the Aussie Horseman go? The bars are thataway...

Turn 63 to Phil
Sorry Guys.
Turn 63 to Kremen of the Vikings

I told you Maximus, the bars were thataway, and I guess you followed my instructions too well
Turn 63 to Rowick/Kremen

Turn 64 -> Kremen
Greetings to the Spanish Horseman...
My, Limerick sure has grown lately.

Turn 65 to Phil
Which way is that-a-way? My horseman is confused in these strange lands. By the way where is all the women?
Turn 65 to Kremen.
Max, The women are most likely all indoors safe behind city walls!![]()

Turn 66 -> Kremen
Peaceful expansion of the Assyrian Empire continues, as the groundwork for several new cities is almost complete.
We also have discovered an unexpected new Greek city. Our forces are merely exploring, and the Greeks need not fear any aggression on our part.

Turn 67 -> Kremen
The Assyrian forces cannot withdraw until our trusted Hebrew allies also move their forces. Sorry for the inconvenience.

"Pray for peace, prepare for war."

Turn 68 -> Kremen
As requested by the Greeks, we are in the process of withdrawing our troops from Greek soil. It is a big world with plenty of room for all -and Greek had first claim to the territory in question.

"Pray for peace, prepare for war."

Phil - Well that ain't no fun. I just want them come out and play.
Sorry I didn't notice this thread.
Lord Hexagonia
We thank you for your benevolence and hope that this will bring about a great working relationship between our two alliances.
Max,
I don't know much about the Assyrian women, but I presume that they suspect that you play rough!

Turn 69 -> Kremen
Happiness is at an all-time high in the Assyrian Empire. The Assyrian serfs are the highest paid in the world, and they diligently work for the greater good of the Empire.
The Australian forces can court our women, but our women have very expensive tastes. That is why we have such high wages.
We also welcome Spain to the ranks of nations with a navy.
We are also glad to see Lord Sophix make a rare appearance in the public forums. Sometimes it seems that I am talking to myself.
Hex, it may seem like you are talking to yourself, but we hang on every word! Its just that your posts are so profound that it generally leaves of speechless.
I see the Viking navy is out on naval exercises. Likewise for the Hebrews. Our ship is just passing by and did not mean to block yours. If you can't get by, I will be able to swing around yours next turn.
Hex, the Assyrians may be well paid, but the Hebrews being well fed keeps them happy & productive. Only healthy and lean diets for my people.

Turn 70 -> Kremen
I am glad to note that my wisdom is noted, for the world is full of fools![]()
None in this game though!
What, another 'war'???? If all could imitate my example of grace, the world would not need to step on the backs of the common man to boost their empires... After all, peace is the balm of the soul, allowing the pursuit of loftier goals.
Pope Hextan
Assyria
Hex,
Your wisdom has intimidated all of us from posting! Nobody else until now has posted the entire month.
The Jewish ship has generously let the Viking's ship pass. Other than that, not much to report.
Rabii Phil

To those who care...
Turn 71 -> Kremen

You two sound like your having some fun, mind if I join the party?
After momentarily being left stunned and speechless by depth of the Great Hextapuls speeches. The Canadian leader rises to the podium and announces to our little world that all is well in the Great Canadian Outback. The Canadian leader slowly looks around the audience and says Thank*burp*you and staggers to his seat where he sits down and takes another huge slug of Beer.

btw.. Phil I will be very gentle and will truly be honourable and a Gentleman.

Sorry about that I almost choked on my beer.
Max, My horsearcher tips his helmet to yours. And I think we have both run out of real estate to explore.
Turn to Don.
The lands of greece are quiet too quiet.

You know its weird, in the Canadian turn I got a message that Vikings went to war with the Australians. When I got the Aussie turn I found no evidence of any conflict. I looked and looked. I also got no messages of any kind either. What gives?

Turn 72 -> Kremen
I don't know, there seems to be a lot of 'wars' in this game...
The First Assyrian Fleet has spotted not one, but two Australian cities as they explore unknown lands. We rejoice to locate the rumored homes of the Aussie horseman who visited our Empire earlier. Assyrian wisdom of the makeup of this world grows daily.
A new Assyrian city has been raised to the glory of Pope Hextan. Several more are in the works even as I speak.
