Do you have a sub? If not get one so the others do not have to wait for you. It is only fair and the established norm.
That is unless the players here would like to wait and that is up to them. Normally I do not care what ever the players would like to do. So I suggest you get some feed back from them first, instead of telling the moderator what he can and can not do with regards to the agreed upon 24 hour rule k.

As I said wait for me when time or replace me permanently. Either is fine to me. It's the begining of game and no harm is done jet. Players?

That way you can get the game going again and we know where the turn is...
I understand your point don't get me wrong. The first turns for the game can make or break a civ.
