Can you change the hot keys?

Is there any way to change the hot keys?

I keep hitting the key combination for Automate Clear Forests Only (Shift + F) instead of Clear Forests (Shift + C). So I don't notice I've hit the wrong key until the worker takes off for distant forests after clearing the square I wanted to improve further.

So I would like to change that keystroke combination to something I would never hit by mistake.

And BTW, is there any way to globally order workers to cancel any automation commands (or turn off the automation option entirely)?

Well I could be wrong, but I don't think there is. At least I haven't come across anything. And that's never been an option in any Civ game as far as I know.
