    Information about rival's army

    When I have a embassy and open Military Advisor Window I can't
    see number of rival's units when I press the "unit" icon.
    I have founded in manual that I can see number of units without Espionage.

    I think you have to have a spy in that civ's capital in order to see their units.

    so much for the manual..... I hope the coming patch gonna include Civilopedia ajustments to rectify the errors of manual
