When they say Oct. 30, does that mean the stores have it on the shelves Oct. 30, or does that mean they're sending it and it'll arrive clear into next week? Well people have been saying "went out and got it..." and I suppose the pre orders are "in order" by now.

So...think I can run out and buy tomorrow on the shelves?

probably depends on how they arranged the shipping schedule... if some stores already selling it then it's probably because they cut the shipping a bit fine so some stores still haven't got it...

Yes, Hunter, Oct. 30 means that it will be on store shelves on Oct. 30 (here in the states at your local EB, anyway). I've called a variety of different stores in and around my area, and almost all of them were confident that it had already shipped and would be on their shelves on the 30th. Combine that with the fact that the majority of American posters from all around the country have reported this as well, and I'd say that (from my previous years of experience in this type of thing) that it's pretty much of a certainty that you'll be able to get a copy on the 30th.
