I once bumped into OzzyKP on the metro while we were both heading to the same Metallica concert. I think. Unless I'm totally mangling or manufacturing that memory.

Once on vacation in Malta I met a nice young girl - after a couple of beers and chat including who, when, where etc., it turned out that she was my mothers sisters husbands brothers (sisters ? can't recall) daughter.

You could have said the niece of your uncle and have us all suspect you'd found a long lost sister...

She was found some 16 years later.

Shortly after meeting my wife, I discovered that her sister was running the dental practice in Connecticut that I had frequented when I was a kid.

Working in a restaurant in Austin, TX. Saw this guy sitting in a booth. Walked up to him and said are you, blah-blah, he said yes, my boss from 10 years earlier in Cheyenne, Wyo.

Lesser, sitting in a restaurant in North Dallas, spot the manager talking to some guests, waive him over and ask are you blah-blah...A waiter that I worked with at the same restaurant above.
We're sorry, the voices in my head are not available at this time. Please try back again soon.

For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. This is the violence of institutions -- indifference, inaction, and decay. This is the violence that afflicts the poor, that poisons relations between men because their skin has different colors. - Bobby Kennedy (Mindless Menance of Violence)
