The highest place a David Bowie song ever was covered

Tamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. I arrive on winds of blessed air. Air that you no longer deserve."
Tamsin (Lost Girl): "He has fallen in battle and I must take him to the Einherjar in Valhalla"

while i think it's immeasurably cool that the song and vid were recorded in the ISS, the rendition is equally and immeasurably awful. I get a lot of **** for this opinion, as you may well be able to surmise.

This "death of your heroes" stuff really sucks.

While I never saw him in his prime (70s), I'm slightly comforted by the fact that I did at least get to see Bowie live a couple times. Once about '83, again a few year later. And he really put on a show.

Also, from several folks I know in the touring sound industry who worked for him, I have it on very good authority that David Bowie was not a douche.

          RIP, Starman.

No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.
