Throughout most of the video the chanting is pretty difficult to understand, but it appears to be more than just "Hail Satan". At the end there's one girl in a yellow sundress who puts her face in the camera and says something that sounds like it might be "Hail Satan", but I'm not certain what she's saying. The cops appear to be separating the people in orange from the people in blue, but the girl in the yellow dress is on the "blue side". I don't see anything that really indicates that she's associated with the group in orange. She could be the daughter of one on the group in blue who resents being dragged up to the Texas capitol to this boring demonstration, or maybe she's just a teen showing her ass.
