  • Is circumcision more aesthetic?

    No.

No... and I don't really care about penis aesthetics. That's not a good reason to perform surgery on infants by the way.

It's not surprising that Alpert spends his spare time thinking about penises.

It most certainly is not. It's actually garish to see the scar.

I say this as someone who has dealt equally with both specimens, something I'm sure of the people posting in this thread, only Alby can say as well.

The confusion comes from a sense of familiarity. In the US, where something like 95% of boys are circumcised, it becomes normal to see a scarred penis and people frequently conflate that with being more aesthetic. The view is, of course, reversed in places like Europe where uncircumcised is the norm.

In Canada, in my age group, it seems to be about 50/50.
"The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

Al, this isn't helping the perception that you are in the closet.

I don't know why everybody is assuming that he's referring to male circumcision. This is Speer, after all

The circumcision debate has been long and bitter on this site... this is a slight continuation of it.

I don't think about the aesthetics of people's dicks.

Circumcision makes it a little less long, and bitterness, I suppose, depends upon hygiene. Asher?
