disabling Win Types

I already us the advanced setup to disable the Time victory, now after having the AI win a diplo victory three times in a row by buying client states with 1 turn to go before the UN vote and me not being able to do a thing about it. I uncheck diplo victory. Is there anyway, I can permanetly disable them?

Not to my knowledge. You have to select the victory types at the beginning of each game. Personally I don't find that too annoying but I do wish the game would remember my previous settings so I didn't have to reselect everything every time.
