Al, I actually have a lot of advice on how to pick up women. I do surprisingly well. Your problem is most likely one of confidence, women and others can tell when you're unsure of yourself. So I would practice making little conversations at your bank to build said confidence.
My question is that once you gained your MOJO so to speak are you going to be a total dickhead and **** over every woman you meet or are you going to be a good guy.

Al, there's nothing wrong with long phone conversations or long in person conversations. You just don't want too have long in the club conversations. It's hard to say exactly what you are doing wrong, most likely it's missing cues. I will say don't walk up on girls from behind that you don't really know or that you want to have sex with that you have not already had sex with. Also be careful of touching them in a familiar way. It sounds kinda creepy. The phone is the perfect opportunity for you to sell yourself and make a winning game plan. You control when too call, you can have some ready topics to discuss. I would recommend that during your first phone conversation you fine some common ground. Compliments are good but not sexual ones. Compliment there clothes. That shows that you are paying attention to them. Make them laugh. Find out what they like to do when you find the commonality expound on it. Don't complain about anything. There are so many things you could be doing wrong it's hard to put my finger on it but maybe you are going after the wrong girls. You like to exercise and eat healthy. Maybe you should be looking to meet women at the gym and see if you guys can workout together then have lunch. Or maybe you should be trying the local health foods store and see if you can pick up a woman there. When you go after a girl make sure you psych yourself up. Think of it as a game. So you got to warm up. Watch a movie before hand, porn, comedy, drama or action whatever motivates you the most. I usually watch porn while I'm getting ready to go out. I usually watch a comedy or romantic comedy before a date. I would also suggest that you get a wingman or become one. You should also be ready to have sex when you go too a club, that means have a condom handy at the same time don't think about having sex at all or you definitely WILL NOT have sex.
If you get a wingman you may be able to get farther and you'll basically have a coach right there to help you not **** up. I know that you say you are getting numbers already but I think you are doing something wrong even at that stage because some of those numbers should have led to opportunities for a one night stand.

On the point of touching the girls on the arm and shoulder. If you happen to go out to eat with them either right after you meet or on a date and you have already started to make them laugh and they seem comfortable with you, then you can hold there hand hug them and etc. But's it's still tricky so tread carefully and make sure you and them are laughing and having a good time when you first do it.
You can also do little things to get physical contact which helps build a bond. For example, make a joke out of reading there palm. or play around with there hands. Honestly, Al there are so many things you can do that will get you in there.
Just so you know everything example is something that I have done more than once and has worked either all or most of the time.
One more thing, it's true what they say if a girl likes really likes you she will sleep with you. You are either changing there minds or picking the wrong girls. I have done both of these things also.

I've done that a few times. I've usually gotten "I'm not physically attracted to you" and stuff along the lines of what I said in the other thread. Women don't like men with my builds or height.
