Start crash!

Hey, there!
Just downloaded the "27 Civs on 400 X 400 Earth Map" from http://apolyton.net/directory/links/c-scenarios-32 and previously installed all the important files, in order to have this scenario working.
But the scenario doesn'to work. It crashes. It won't work, neither when I change the userprofile to 27 players, nor if I leave it to 9.
So, what's there to be done?
Let's have a check list, to see whether I've ommitted something or not.

So, what is the mod you are trying to run the scenario on. You should have started the game via ModSwapper and selected Apolyon Pack for Ultra-Large Maps 2.0.
