Seriously what could possibly be taking ppl so long to do the switch. This is starting to get really annoying.

Russia - I understand but some of us have done all asked of us, but can't play the new nations because we are waiting for others. Your fortunate that the previous Russian player has handed it over so you can start.
But I don't mean to be grumpy, its just frustrating to be checking each day and wanting to log in and play, but not being able to. But hey its the first time we have tried this switching business.

Seriously what could possibly be taking ppl so long to do the switch. This is starting to get really annoying.

Part of the problem is also that we are anonymous and people have come and gone from this game so we don't even know who we are waiting on.
The player list we had when we started was:
deity
Dubhghlas
Heraclitus
LzPrst
OzzyKP
St Jon
The Priest
Toni
But I guess that's not the case anymore. Can everyone check in with their normal username?
I see The Priest, Dubhghlas and Black Knight 427 (who did you take over for BK?). Also deity has been in touch via PM. I haven't heard from the rest (or have only heard from them with their anon accounts). So please, everyone check in, let us know you are alive and working on this.
If you are having any problems with the switch over, please tell CS. He can fix it right away.

Dead?
Ok, I've done it all manually now.
Every civ now has a correct e-mail address and 'Horizon' as it's password.
(if you already changed your password, it's now back at 'Horizon', change it asap please)
So on the apolyton account side it should be ok now.
Let me know when you're ready to launch the game again.

Ok, everyone check in. Who is ready to continue the game?

Ready.
Willing and able, too.![]()

The civ I am meant to be swapping to is password protected (in Civ, not the apolyton account) so I am stuck, though willing!

New Otters ready.....

I'm ready to go whenever.

Italy is switched over and ready to go.
So that's four so far. Plus whatever Priest's civ is. CS can you reset the password for Priest's civ? Or.. maybe just for everyone's civ? People weren't supposed to password their civs anyhow.

I'm posting this since the PM box is full.
I'm so sorry. I tought you just forgot to put me off the orignal list. I still don't have a computer that can run civ4 and I'm too broke right now to buy a new one, I (wrongly) assumed people properly understood I was out of the game untill further notice.Originally Posted by OzzyKP
We have a bit of a problem, since I never managed to log in. If I recall right another player was willing to fill my shoes. What exactly do you need from me, dosen't Robert have the original passwords? I'll try searching my old PM's, I hope I didn't delete them.
Sorry for missing the previous PM's.
Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.

Ok, no worries. Do you remember who replaced you? I'll take you off future PMs. Thanks for responding though.![]()

I replaced somebody not sure who though.

Ok, I'm going to assume that's it. Do you have access to the anon account and to your civ?
dacole is (or was supposed to) take over for St Jon. But I'm not sure whether that's happened or not. I haven't heard from either of htem.

I think I have to withdraw from the game, I'm just not up for it at the moment. Sorry.
