I don't know who John is but he logged in under my civ. I changed everything back to how I had it. Please remember who you are when you log in.

John is LzPrst and I don't know what the hell he's up to. This isn't exactly rocket science... BK, you need to set a pasword for your civ otherwise anyone can log in. Do like this: log in, press retire and log in again. Now you can set a password.

LzPrst clearly missed the message that he's playing the dutch now instead of the Romans. Maybe you should PM him, Zoid.
And someone should play the first turn for the dutch, otherwise lzprst may miss it.

I have PM:ed him, no answer. Second turn is now up, what do we do if LzPrst misses this one as well? Get a replacement player? AI? Just let the settler stand there until someone or something kills it?

Indeed. For Civ5 Firaxis need to incorporate CivStats into the game or develop their own version. They need to take MP seriously...

The civ-MP market is very small compated to the SP marked.
Perhaps there are 10,000 MP players and 1,000,000 SP players. It's commercially not that weird that Firaxis focusses on SP mostly.
