    New Old Player Looking To Play

    Hey all. I used to PBEM a little (I'm pretty sure every game I played in stalled out of existence), and I'd like to give it another go. I'm willing to play any role, in any game, whether as a starting player in a new game, or as a replacement in an existing one.

    Also, could someone tell me what is meant by a "Democracy" game?
