        What's Tech Brokering?

          Tech Brokering = Onselling a tech that you have recieved via tech trade.

          For example you swap Fascism (you researched) for Communism (AI researched).

          Under No Tech Brokering you cannot then trade onwards Communism because you did not research it.

          This is a game option under the Custom Game setup. You as the player do not need to worry, as the game takes care of this. techs you have not researched will not be available in your trade/diplo screens. You cannot make an "oopsy".
          I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.
