Serpentine draft. BAPAYs after 24 hours, but not in the first round, and you can leave lists with people. BAPAYs may be tailored to a team's positional needs, at the discretion of the commissioner. Picks can be changed retroactively, although this is discouraged, and you may not change to someone who has since been picked.
Final scoring system can be seen here. All special teams points go to D/STs only. Only short FG misses are penalized. Points allowed is much more important for D/STs than in standard scoring. You can look at the players tab on the league page to see how people scored under this system last year.
I will be gone from August 9th-13th. I will leave a list of picks with someone, and the draft will continue. But if a dispute happens during that time and it can't be resolved, the draft should be paused until I return.
To make your pick, just add your player's name, position, and team in the appropriate spot, copying and pasting the whole list. People can add more owner names to the list as needed.

Jag's changes to make QBs and WRs stronger makes drafting them early a viable strategy.

Separation between Moss and the rest of the pack (this year) won't be nearly enough to justify that.

I do think you underestimate the amazing year Moss had and I don't see it slowing down all that much. Maybe he gets 20 TDs instead this year. It still has him leaving the rest of the WR field in the dust.
