  • Oblivion - Mouse Sensitivity in the menus?

So I upgraded my computer, and I'm playing through games that played like crap. My next target is Oblivion, which played well but hitched in places / events (I never bought a horse, for example, because I always went too fast and my system had to load / unload so quickly and it got really hitchy)

But here's the issue: I'm using the same trackball as I did before, the mouse sensitivity in the game's menus is completely low. A full scroll of the mouse does about halfway accross the screen.

It turns out that the mouse sensitivity in-game works fine... for when I'm walking around. But my mouse, in the menus, is completely in the mud.

Interestingly, when the game is loading with the giant daedric O on it, my mouse moves at a fine speed.

has anyone else had this problem? It's not really a dealbreaker, but it is rather annoying.

Not for me, my mouse behaves properly in menus and in game. I've modded the hell out of the game though, including OOO and Phinix Immersive DarkUI, either of which could affect mouse sensitivity in the menus.
I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

Nah, I figured out what it was. The problem is that I can't properly fix it.

Basically, I need to get my graphic's card to not render any frames ahead. But I can't, since it makes my drivers not work

Consider trying other drivers (rolling back, or trying 3rd party) then.
