I submitted to be on this team.
I'm a casual player; I never know from one day to the next what's what. Some weeks are insane, some are dead slow, but I'd like to participate when sanity allows. I've played Civ4 for a while, although I have yet to play multiplayer. I usually like Emperor difficulty (not to say that I always win...). My personal preference is towards agression and conquest.
