oops, temps hit 65, we shot mid 70s in sloppy conditions. I wasted 2 shots in a bunker trying to get out of mud. Ball came out and rolled right back in and the 2nd barely got out and stopped. But I was putting HOT! Unfortunately not with the Staff of Rah, I went back to a blade and man its smooth. I think its an Odyssey or a knock off, but I painted it black and got my sighting grooves and I've been a happy camper the last few months. I turn 50 soon so I've got me some senior tournaments this year
its amazing how much pain I was in last nite and today I feel damn near fine, or as good as I can get. I must have a bulging disc messing with some nerves or something, I tore the hell out of my right back hip trying to shorten a follow thru after a full swing (thats where the pain is anyway) 2 summers ago and it still hasnt healed.

I can play again today, already new year here of course.
Unlikely to get another game like yesterday where I built 11 cities and captured one from the barbs, unbelievable the room I had, while others complained about a small map.
You've had two great starts, and REALLY took advantage of them. Masterpieces. I kept waiting for you to come rolling over me. I was so far behind tech wise.

it sucks, but I feel much better after 24 hours and a nite's sleep. Now I hang upside down for a couple minutes after golf and that seems to help speed up my recovery time (except for the heelpsur). We almost got on our local news last nite, a camera guy from the local ABC affiliate went out looking for golfers to explain why they were golfingand he interviewed one of us and filmed our tee offs, but they edited us out and showed some old timer in the group behind us hitting instead and the interview.
I really wanted to see my swing on TV, now I'll have to pay a pro to film me.
so I'm around tonite if there's a game.
oh, shot lousy... 9 over for 79. Just couldn't get many close birdie putts, the greens are normally tough but soft, now they're damn near frozen and backspin is not one of my strengths. But I did par the last 6 holes after taking a triple bogey (OB off the tee) to save the 79
It will probably be a later start tonight.
And yes, I love frozen greens.

man, I just picked up a virus and iit keeps trying to go online with firefox and IE. AVG free caught it but I dont think it fixed the problem. I'll see if I can fix it but you know my comp know how
well you have a bit to try and fix it. look in the task manager and see what's running. keep notes and kill some that are launching

Sometimes you need to deactivate the system restore function, run an antivirus program in safe mode, then activate system restore later. This is because some viruses will lurk within the saved files of system restore and use it to return to your computer. Running antiviral programs will not help if system restore reinfects the computer.
That sucks... a system restore should do the trick... in most cases
