Since Saladin and Louis probably won't vote for me despite good relations (Saladin should be the other candidate) if you want to end this, just vote for the inca. It should add up or at least i hope so (especially with claus' still substantial number of votes). Don't, and i'll have to spread communism to Egypt, Mongolia and Arabia. Which at this point is a pretty pointless exercise.
While it isn't technically over yet, my early thanks for the game at this point. I believe my victory had a lot to do with my isolated starting position, which might have been a hindrance against stronger ai, but on noble you're faster than potential ai tech trading partners anyways.
And the island position probably would have made really hard to stop me, even if you had been more into the game.
Oh claus' start would have played a big role as well i guess.
